Hockey Stick Size Chart
Stick length is measured standing in skates: the top of the stick should reach between your chin and nose. Flex should be roughly half your body weight in pounds.

Ice Skate Size Chart
Hockey skates usually fit 1 to 1.5 sizes smaller than your regular shoe size. Figure skates typically match your shoe size or run half a size smaller.
